"What information should I have when I order?"

Whether you call us on the phone or come in personally to talk with us, there is a certain amount of information you'll want to have to make the process easier.

If you're ordering an arrangement for a happy occasion, you should consider in advance:

1. A general idea of how much you plan to spend. We offer houseplants, blooming plants and floral arrangements in a wide range of prices.

2. The type of arrangement you want:
(Clicking on the choices below will give you examples of each)

If the order is to be delivered, we'll need to know the recipient's full name, telephone number and full street address not the mailing address. If it's going to someone in the hospital, we prefer the patient's room number, but we can find that out if you don't know it.

If your order is to express sympathy, and is being delivered to the grieving family's home, many of the above floral suggestions still apply.

In addition to those choices, there are several other types of arrangements that can be sent to the funeral home or the church for the service and you can familiarize yourself with them by clicking on "Funeral Arrangements".

Our staff will be happy to discuss additional information on each of the arrangement choices so you can feel confident in your final selection. Once you've decided on a particular style of arrangement, we will then work with you on colors, "customizing" it, etc. To see some of the custom work we've done click on the heart image.

If the order is going to a person's home, once again, we'll need their full name, telephone number and complete street address. Deliveries to a church or funeral home require the name and the town (Boles, Southern Pines or Boles, Pinehurst for example) plus the time of the viewing and/or service. Funeral Homes require that we deliver arrangements two hours before the service or viewing to allow the Funeral Directors enough time to appropriately place the arrangements.

Please note:
We cannot accept orders via e-mail or fax. However, our customers will often call us ahead and then e-mail us a photo of what they want. Once we confirm the order, the e-mailed photo will help us create what the customer is looking for.
To place an order, please, call us or come in and talk with us.
Our 24-hour voicemail is available, but we cannot write orders from voicemail messages. If you wish to leave a message there, someone will call you back during the next business day .

On the right below is a photo e-mailed to us several months ago. The out-of-town customer wanted something similar sent to a local resident by the end of the day. As often happens because of seasonable availability, we did not have all the flowers shown in the photo and, because of the time restraints, had no time to order them. However, as you can see, we were still able to recreate the feeling and color scheme of the original.
